"John did an excellent job installing my wanted softener and reverse Osmosis system. Professional service, Right pricing and great attitude. Will definitely recommend."

"Oak called 2nd but came next day/ UN-prepared to do either repair or water test (requested on phone) or even replace with ready new ADA toilet that the lying receptionist booker said they have “some in stock and if not he will show a catalog of choices”. Guy came punctually with Nzo tools or appliances Or knowledge of what I asked for as an “URGENT repair/replace”. See ABC review same call. Not quite as bad as them doing same since we also still have broken HVAC too, both said they would fix ( I bought gasket already, they could have put in) or replace if they brought new toilet. Problem is not in water pipes except they need testing for lead - both said they would do this too - when I asked oak re taking a sample, how long sitting in pipes? He wiped off his soda water bottle and asked “which pipes?” !!"

"Excellent experience. Prompt service, honest assessment of options, flexibility, and courteous professionalism. Thanks"

"Rick replaced my HVAC system. The process was seamless. We scheduled an appointment to inspect the existing system, and the available options were openly discussed. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner. There was no pressure to choose one system over another. In comparing his estimate to other companies, I found that I'd saved a lot of money. We discovered an incompatibility between the new equipment and the yet to be installed alarm system. Rick worked closely with the alarm company to make to marry the two systems. We gave the go ahead and the new system was installed in a day. The installation crew was polite and professional and so very careful to clean up afterwards. Thank you, Bragg Home Services. Yes, I recommend this company"

"Very prompt in responding to my initial inquiry (Sunday no less) and salesman was terrific. Installation took 2 full days by a team that seemed professional and knowledgeable. I was shocked however by the fact that 2 men on the installation team smoked all day long. My property is rural with no fire hydrants - the prospect of fire is terrifying to me. At the end of the 2 days the system was installed but it took an additional technician coming out after the crew had left to get the system functional."

"Jose is a second generation water treatment guy who has taken care of a few systems for me and does my service. I have recommended him to all my neighbors because he always on time and very responsive."

"Joseph was on the job when he said he would be here. He is knowledgeable about the issue I presented, but did not try to oversell me on the job. He did notice that an electrical outlet could be improved with not a lot of time or money and which made my system safer. I would definitely hire Joseph and DIvine Electric again when I need them. "It was great luck that Jason of J Drains was working on a job near my home and was able to come by after he finished that job to check my hot water heater. He fixed it right away because he spotted what was wrong quickly. Jason was very professional and polite. I recommend this company!"
