"Randy Williams is a real professional. I enthusiastically recommend him. I have an old Fleck 5600 water softener. I discovered water building up in the brine tank. I called Randy. When I told him that I had changed the piston assembly myself he tried to instruct me over the phone how to find any problems in the brine draw. I didn't feel confident that I understood what he was telling me so I arranged for him to come out and service the system. He replaced a couple of screens and injectors. I asked him to check and see if I needed treatment for acidity. He told me that I could but it wasn't necessary. Very reasonable fee for high quality honest work."

I was hoping Appleton and Campbell could provide guidance as to what was happening and who to call to fix it. They are doing everything. Last year I was purchasing my Mom's house as she had passed away. A week before closing the HVAC unit went out. They came out and a day later I had a team of people replacing the system. I have natural gas and pay a monthly fee instead of paying a huge amount the months usage spikes.
