"Rather than just trying to sell me a new unit, he tried to repair my existing water conditioner and did find the problem saving quite a lot of money"

"The whole process was handled very professionally, the sales rep took his time explaining all the in and outs of the system and the price was very competitive. The installation tech arrived on time and had the system installed and running in about an hour. Will recommend 1st Choice to anyone needing a water softener system."

"Dale came into our home to test our water. He provided a demonstration with great education along the way to help us understand what he was looking for and how RainSoft could help. We have city water and were shocked to learn that our existing single-unit RO system in the kitchen, which we have used for years, was not cleaning our water the way we were told it was. I often thought about the internal impacts of chlorinated water but did not recognize the negative effects that happen to our bodies on the outside as well when our water is not clean and yet full of chemicals. Dale was so thoughtful and knowledgeable. We were very thankful for the insight and the level of options offered to meet us wherever we were financially. We would highly recommend an evaluation to anyone who does not know with confidence what is in their water."

"Tim was just here. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better appointment, and my new water softener will be installed tomorrow!"

"Heat exchanger from outdoor wood burner needed repair, but this was mid-winter in Michigan., and this was pretty much our only real means of heating our large farmhouse. I was worried. Contacted TJ day 1, his crew was out day 2 to assess, take measurements and discuss options. They needed to locate a new heat exchanger, which they did. Returned on day 3 - started, completed, and tested repairs in less time than I expected. Our house never got cold, which was my concern. They also did a couple upgrades and needed cleanings. Best of all, in spite of potential for a real messy job, they left the house very clean. Knowledgeable, respectful, hard working, good communication start to finish. Got bill next day and it was quite reasonable for the work done. Thanks TJ, Hunter, and Justin! VERY pleased and would highly recommend."

"Quality assessment of our water situation. Excellent and quick installation. They were able to provide next day installation which pleasantly surprised me. This was a big upgrade in water treatment for us and there was some sticker shock. In the long-run, we're sure we're better off."

"very thorough, made sure we understood the system. Honest!"

"Ben and Mobile Water Systems were one of a couple of companies I was referred to. While one of their competitors immediately jumped to selling us an overpriced unit without trying to fix our current system, Ben immediately notified us of an issue with what we already had. He did everything possible to try to save that unit and didn't charge us for the time to do so. We really felt like that said a lot about his character as well as that of the company. Ultimately we decided to replace our softener with the much better system they had at a competitive price. They also were very efficient and timely with the install. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to use their services again. Honesty and integrity go a long way and I can't say enough good things about their character above all."

"Arrived on time, estimated the work, the price was amazing, upgraded stove gas valve, unclogged kitchen sink drain, in about 1 hour done, I am a disabled vet and Dan Jones is the place to GO for good WATER!"
