"Though more accomplished than expected, the workers surprised me with a failed result. They couldn't put the project back together correctly; everyone saw something was off. "they came out the same day i called which was nice. i dropped 1 star bc of the time it took to install 2 water heaters, we were told 2-3 hours but in reality took almost 10 hours. Also we were forced to make a decision on the spot RE: replacement due to the high non refundable diagnosis fees. they charge a fee to come out (they tell you about on the phone) And a diagnosis fee (told us after the work was done), which is strange bc what's the point of having someone come out and Not diagnose the problem? regardless it's been 2 mos and the boilers are working fine with no call backs needed."
