On the scheduled day, I received two or three updates as to the time the technician (Ryan again) would arrive. He completed the work (replace a gas hot water tank) in a timely manner and with minimal disturbance. He also had placed protective floor coverings from the entranceway to the work area. Finally, he explained what he had done and how the controls were operated. I would recommend this company."

"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. "It wasn't great. I understood it to be an assessment of my HVAC system and Homer Nine And Sons Incorporated said it was only good on a situation where my system wasn't functioning. It wasn't too much longer when I bought the big deal that I scheduled for someone to come out. They grudgingly came out btu the situation was that there was supposed to be a problem with my system and there wasn't. I wanted them to just do a general inspection of my furnace and air conditioning and they said, well that's really not what this coupon is for. Honestly, I don't really know what they did. He said they came out and looked the system over. If it was used for what I thought it was going to be used for, it was good but I'm not happy. I don't know if it was a misunderstanding on my part but I'm not very happy that the coupon was not for what I thought it was for. It wasn't a good value for me. I will probably use them again."
