"The crew did the job, digging up and replacing 40 ft of main water line from the city line to the house, including installation of a pressure reducing valve. Overall COST was pretty expensive for labor considering the PEX tubing for the water line was the pretty much the only parts needed minus the pressure valve. I realize they go by a book that determines cost before work is actually done, though and I agreed to it. Kinda hard to get other estimates when you are in a pickle and need water in your home going asap during the holidays. Job got done and the 2 workers were nice guys. One complaint is I asked if there was a Veteran's Discount and they did include it but it was LESS THAN a 3% discount off the subtotal. Taking a star off for this and another for high labor cost."

"The water pressure does change a little bit but they were very transparent about that so no sunrises. Our system was buried in the front yard covered with artificial boulder. Looks just fine! Machine is dented on the side but still works and you can t see it so it s not a huge problem. Love the cleaning bf supplies you get with it! Only one that doesn t work well is the dishwasher concentrate but love everything else!"
