"Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and explained the water treatment and installation processes well. He had the best price by THOUSANDS and the equipment is equal to, if not better than the machines that were quoted at triple the price. I just wish I had done this sooner! With 1 shower I noticed a drastic difference in the softness of my hair and skin. My husband commented that his skin didn’t itch all day like it usually did and my boys said how soft their their felt! That’s just the beginning too…the taste of our water is night and day better. I used to have a Pur water filter on the kitchen faucet but it would still smell of chlorine and had a metallic taste. With the softner, purifier, reverse osmosis, re-mineralization system the water tastes good. It’s not just better. It’s actually pleasant to drink! I HIGHLY recommend Chris and the system he installs. It comes with a lifetime manufactures warranty, so why not? It’s worth it!"

"Lanny was professional and kind. The water heater works great. He saved me 47 hundred dollars for the exact system that I almost bought from another company"

"The installer Dustin was great! He was on time and professional. The installation was completed in about four hours as stated the job would be. I am happy with my water softener system and so is my skin!"

"Lanney was very friendly and professional. He gave us a free estimate before relocating and installing our current whole house water filter. Even though it wasn't a system he sold, he still took care of us. He saved us because the company that sold us our system sold to another company and washed their hands of us. Lanney seems like a straight shooter, not selling us unnecessary add ones. He moved carefully within the home during the process to protect the interior of the home. (Ex. Used a dolly with bigger wheels to protect the stairway. Putting rugs down to protect the floors. ) He taught us things about our water heater we weren't aware of...things our builder neglected to tell us. Getting scheduled was an easy process and received quotes quickly. Good experience, will continue to use his services. Thank you!"

"I got a top of the line water and over all instalation was the less than 4 other estimates And iget service on the water heater for 10 years amd it has a 10 year warranty The installer Nico had 30 years of experience Exclent conpany."

"Professional, efficient, and very high quality work. Heart has performed multiple major projects for us (replacing furnace, water heater, humidifier, and now AC system) and I would absolutely recommend them for any similar work."

"Tyson answered all my questions and was if front about what needed to be done also gave me advice on other water value issues"

"Patrick was the answer to my prayers! My water heater went out and I needed someone who could convert the old tank to a tankless system. My kids and I were without water for over a week because the first company I contacted was a no-call/no-show. But Patrick was able to stop by and provide an estimate the next day. Not only was Pure Water Services able to complete the work quickly but it did not cost an arm and a leg. I can not say enough good things about how Patrick helped out out when we really needed the help. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to do a water heater conversion!"

"I would highly recommend Brady (BC Plumbing) to anyone. I was thoroughly impressed with his prompt and excellent service on the install of my water main. His prices are more than reasonable. I admired his patience and ability to work with me as I accepted his offer in June, but did not get back to him until late September. At which point there was no delay in getting things done! Thanks Brady and your marvelous crew!"

"pricey repair......I was not pleased with the up selling of some program they had-something about a monthly fee and not having to pay for future repairs. It was a turn off for sure. However they were timely, neat and tidy, polite. The other plumbing service I have used through Home Advisor didn't try to sell me other features."
