"I am thrilled with my new landscaped back yard, especially love the field stone stepping stones that wind down the slope. Brian was the first one to contact me, was there on time, listened to what I wanted, and then came back with his detailed estimate along with a computerized picture of what my yard would look like. when mature. He completed the project in two days -- had two very hard working employees who didn't stop until everything was perfect. I smile every time I look out my window at my beautiful yard! Recommend him highly."

"Mr. Ashby was patient and talked us through every single option that would fit our needs and our budget. We truly felt taken care of and prioritized as a 1st time customer. Our new water heater was installed the same day! THANK YOU!"

"very professional. Had Clear Water concepts install a complete home water treatments system, in my well house and an Ro system inside home. The water is great - less staining and less itches. They followed up, with a phone call, about a year later to check system and replace RO filters. I will recommend them to anyone looking for the best water."

"Scott gave us the best deal with great warranty. He did not try to sell anything other than what's needed. Kim at the office was very helpful. Mark who installed the water filter was very knowledgeable. Great communication throughout the process. Everyone was so friendly and treat us like family. Highly recommend!"

"We discovered a water leak on Friday lunchtime. Company was unable to get anyone out to us until Monday afternoon. We understood that it was weekend. Unfortunately by that time the water leak had disappeared and we were having trouble locating again. Hoping and praying it was a very big fluke and we will never see it again! Technician was professional and tried to figure things out but it just wasn’t there 3 days later."

"I’m so impressed with John and his team. my father worked at our hometown water department and I was raised to believe that good quality water is essential to good health. Carolina Beach has an old infrastructure and a distinct egg for smell while the water is OK to drink it doesn’t smell appealing and this bothered me for my guests. in our Airbnb. Team gave us several options and followed us through the process for at least three months to help us understand how the system works, how to maintain the system, and maximize the life out of this investment. With every project there’s a bumper and we had that but it was not due to John or his team rather Carolina Beach’s water. I’m confident with the softener total house water filtration system and the under sink RO system we are now providing a better quality water as best possible in this area. I couldn’t be more pleased during a process that I was not familiar with, not sure what I needed, but knew we needed to do something. I highly recommend this company."

"Awesome job. Was able to fix the main problem as always. Best plumber, very honest and responsible. 100 % guaranteed."

"I originally called NuBlue to take a look at a couple toilets and a faulty tub drain. Upon further inspection, they found that my water shut off was leaking with water stains underneath as well as my water heater was bloated, leaking, and rusting in multiple places. My heater is a unique one as it doesn’t just heat my water but also my house, so they had to source it from out of state but they got me scheduled within a week to come back out and have everything replaced. The new heater came with manufactured defects, so they did another round trip out of state to get a replacement so I wouldn’t be without hot water or heat for more than a day. The guys were so kind, thorough, and professional. I can’t say wonderful things about them. I highly recommend them!"
