"We initially hired Aqua US Water Systems to inspect a rainwater harvesting water filtrations system at a property we were under contract to purchase. They performed the inspection for us and we liked working with them so we requested a quote to update the system. We were happy with the quote and plan to have them update our system now that the we have closed on the property purchase. We'd definitely recommend them to others looking for water filtration system work."

"Overall a great experience with Aquarius Water Systems! They were quick, professional, and very knowledgeable with any questions we had with our system! Absolutely recommend them!"

"They had to return for a water leek"

"He fixed the water heater and gave me options, very knowledgable"

"They were a little late, but called to let me know as they had some car trouble. Rebuilt the pad for my water heater and installed new water heater in very short time. Didn't extra extra above quoted amount. I would hire again. Thank you."

"They installed 2 new water heaters with a circulation system to provide virtually instant and endless hot water. We went this route because our house is all electric and electric tankless water heaters arenâ t really up to the task. They also had to subcontract electrical work to supply the necessary power upgrade. We expected this to be a 1 day job, but the electrician didnâ t have everything required so it dragged out to a second dayâ ¦ meaning another day out of work so we could be there to give them access to the property. Then later when we tried to use hot water for a bath, there was only about 2 minutes of hot. Turns out the circulation system was installed backwards, so the circulating water was hot, but once the pipes were depleted, cold water was fed to the spigots. Disappointing, but to their credit, someone came out Saturday, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Overall, mildly annoying and a bit careless, but everyone was friendly and responsive, and the end result appears to be just what we wanted."

"Jonathan did an excellent job replacing my water heater. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. Highly recommend!"

"He did a great job, and offered two different ways to fix my plumbing. Professional and courteous."

"A salesman came to give us an estimate. He was friendly and courteous. A technician, Stephen Suttles, came on the day we'd agreed upon. He was punctual, friendly, and courteous as well. Stephen explained to my husband what he was doing while he checked the unit in our condo (this is the first time my husband or I have ever experienced such a thing!) He apologized that the hi-tech gizmo he usually used to detect leaks was out of order, and he would have to do it the old-fashioned way. He and my husband went to the building's roof where Stephen charged the unit with refrigerant. He again explained what he was doing while he checked the rooftop unit for leaks. Stephen soon found the leak and told my husband it was simply two 15-cent parts that he could easily replace. My husband and I were happily surprised by this experience, as owner of the previous company we'd used had charged us nearly identically but had made no attempt at repair. We would not hesitate to recommend John H Coleman to anyone, and we would especially recommend Stephen as the technician."

"I used Master Plumbing to install a tankless water heater along with a whole home water filtration system. The quality of work and customer service was top notch I highly recommend using Master Plumbing!"
