"5 STAR service and support! I was blessed to find this company when I did. I had an old water softener go out on me that had no bypass installed to get water to my home. We had a new born at home and was desperate to get this repaired. I called Primary Solutions Consulting and happened to get the owner, and even calling after hours he drove over to our house in the late evening hour and bypassed our water to the house. Once we made the decision to replace the water softener they had it replaced within 48 hours time at an unbeatable price for the equipment and all the amazing service we have received from this company. Wayne the owner and his install team and technicians will go above and beyond to take care of your needs or issues! Take my word for it! Primary Solutions Consulting is not your average water softener company, they go above and beyond to make sure you are given the best price and quality service available. If you want the best call Primary Solutions Consulting"

"We needed a new RO system as well as maintenance done on our current water softener system. Aqua Systems had sent over two technicians.. one headed into the house to install and the other to the garage to tend to the water softener. We were surprised by how quickly they finished. We will definitely contact them again for any future maintenance."

"Iâ ve been always wanting to get a water system but never got my hands on one until I met a one of their water specialist. He tested my water and showed me how contaminated was. After educating me on the cons of having "bad" water vs. "good" water, I was convinced I need a water system for my home. Iâ ve had my system for almost a year, and Iâ m very pleased with it so far. The team has been responsive and very professional too. I highly recommend it!"

"The sales rep Kay was knowledgeable and I felt like I was talking with an old friend. After her presentation she contacted the office and they were willing to negotiate a price that I was comfortable with and comparable to systems of much less quality. The system installation was quick and the tech went step by step thru the system's programming and operation. I have never needed a softener system before and I am very pleased with the entire process. JRC Home Solutions is a company I trust and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of a water treatment system."

"Folks, these guys will rip you off and I am experienced firsthand. For example, while the kinetico washable sediment filter was just $35 from another company, InfinitWater got it at $80+. After one year of installation, it will cost you $175 every time you called them for a service. Dont do it folks, go with a generic or more popular water softener system or otherwise, go with another company instead of these InfinityWater people."

"Klaro Water Systems did an amazing job installing a new Puronics whole home water filtration and softener for my home. They were thorough and professional. The thing I appreciated the most was the time they took to really listen to my concerns about our water quality and provide the right solution for our home. A+++"

"John did a great job fixing the leak in my bathroom. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He quickly identified the issue, explained the repair, and fixed it properly. Everything was done right the first time, and the area was left clean. I would definitely recommend John for plumbing work."

"Gilbert repaired a broken pipe at the meter for my irrigation system. He also diagnosed and repaired a water pressure problem. He was great. If I need service again, Iâ  ll request him specifically."

"January 3rd, Attempted to chat online first with a representative. They were very responsive and able to answer my questions. Shortly after finishing the online chat, I received a call from their office to schedule the service. They were very accommodating of my schedule. The technicians arrived on time, were pleasant and knowledgeable, wore those plastic covers on their shoes. I needed the drains looked at in our upstairs bathroom but also asked them to take a look at the other bathroom, kitchen sink and backyard as I was noticing some stagnant water there. The Technicians were honest and up front - they diligently took care of the problem upstairs, told me everything else looked good elsewhere, showed me where grass had grown over the drainage from the back yard to the front, checked my water heater as a precaution. They were fair in their pricing and even offer a 5-year preventative maintenance plan that is extremely economical. I was absolutely happy with the service and would recommend JD Plumbing to anyone."

"Very professional service by the technicians and the office representative. Did a great job removing the old water heaters and installing the new water heaters. And the price was $2,200 less than another vendor who quoted the work."
