When John came arrived on time (A+) Professional and listened to my idea/suggestion (A+) Did the job in less than the estimated time (A+) Cleaned and REPAIRED the wall area which I didn't expect (A+) Price was 1/3 of what others wanted to charge. Definitely, recommend NorCal Water Treatment to others, and will be rehiring for future plumbing projects/issues. I'm real BIG on customer service/professionalism and John is "The Man!""

"Oak called 2nd but came next day/ UN-prepared to do either repair or water test (requested on phone) or even replace with ready new ADA toilet that the lying receptionist booker said they have “some in stock and if not he will show a catalog of choices”. Guy came punctually with Nzo tools or appliances Or knowledge of what I asked for as an “URGENT repair/replace”. See ABC review same call. Not quite as bad as them doing same since we also still have broken HVAC too, both said they would fix ( I bought gasket already, they could have put in) or replace if they brought new toilet. Problem is not in water pipes except they need testing for lead - both said they would do this too - when I asked oak re taking a sample, how long sitting in pipes? He wiped off his soda water bottle and asked “which pipes?” !!"

We had gotten a couple of estimates but something just felt different with them. We liked that we received an email with who would be coming to give us an estimate as well as a picture of the technician we should expect. It was so refreshing working with this company it reminded me of company's 50 years ago with values and a caring staff. Dustin, Mike and Anatoily had what I will refer to as the three P's. They were professional, punctual and personable. They laid drop cloths and cleaned up everyday after themselves. They even finished the job a day early than projected as we were scheduled to go out of town for five days. I would highly recommend Honest Sewer & Drain. He replaced overhead lighting in my kitchen at a very reasonable cost and I am very happy with the result. They both were also very friendly and personable and wore masks and all other necessary protective equipment. I highly recommend them for electrical work!"

"Matt did an excellent work and I am very happy! It’s been at least two weeks and no issue from my water heater - no leaks. He was very responsive and he cleaned his work. It is not easy to find someone who can do both in replacing the damaged walls and installing the water heater. I hesitated at first how much he was charging for it was very affordable. It wasn’t a scam and he did an excellent work."

"Excellent service and would definately recommend to anyone needing plumbing services. The filter housing on my water softner cracked and flooded our garage. After turning water off to the house I was in desperate need of a plumber to come take a look. I called CLP and Russell was able to come by within the hour to assess. I decided to just remove the unit and was certain I would have to get on the schedule for another day. Much to my surprise he said he could do it right then and there. within 10 minutes the softner unit was out, water lines redirected and water back on. Such quick and professional work at a reasonable price. Would hire again!"
