Both Times the plumbers were terrific, friendly and really communicative. They put on their clean-boots before entering the house, got right to work, showed me the problems, let me decide how to address them, then they fixed them without any stalling or trouble. After the first visit, Mark came back and looked at another problem and they did not charge me for that minor thing. Terrific plumbers!!!"

Mike came out to take a look at our system that day and we went over the options of cleaning the old one up and replacing parts as well as the cost of doing a replacement. It was more affordable to get a new system then to refurbish the old one. Four days later Mike was back to install the new whole house filter and softening system. I was told by another company that we needed all new wiring for $780 and that my timer was okay but Bobby from total outdoor services looked at the timer control box and it was set to turn on the rain sensor, which is not there, so the sprinklers would not turn on. Bobby correctly set the timer and it worked fine. He then checked the entire system and replaced 2 heads and fixed my lawn mower for only $110!"

"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."
