"It went very well. Josh arrived on time with all the tools and the toilet and faucets.
He was professional, friendly and thorough.
All plumbing in the house was checked over.
He made sure all was in working order and had no issues
After he left, we noticed a slight drip in the shower. We called the office and they immediately called him
He returned within 10 minutes to look at the drip and fix the issue

Given that the current Trane system was 25 years old, he also provided written estimates for two different replacement systems.
