"Jason came out and did the work on the coldest day of the year. He did a fine job customizing the large tank to my existing water treatment system. Refreshing to see such professionalism and competence."

"My new water treatment system has been successfully installed. The communication was excellent, and the service was prompt and informed. I highly recommend this company to anyone dealing with hard water issues."

"Very easy making appointments plus an excellent tracking and follow up system and process."

"Woke up to a flash flood in my basement that never floods. Technician got to my place within an hour of calling and had a new sump pump installed by early afternoon and the water drained out. It was stressful - the water was coming up fast and they dealt with it quickly. The lead technician was professional and courteous."

"We were given a complete picture of our basement issues and we relieved that we don't immediately have to do remediation but could deal with the moisture and mold spores by purchasing a more powerful dehumidifier and unit to deal with the spores although we will have to deal with where the water is coming in during heavy rain."

"Justin was very professional and courteous. Very down to earth too! I was without well water and he showed up an hour after I called. He fixed it my problem very fast and his repair was very reasonable. He also reset my water softener system too. I highly recommend Justin to anyone looking for well service or water treatment."

"EWS did a great job of explaining the system that i needed. The well water consultant came out for a no charge water analysis and consultation, she reviewed the whole install with me prior to the technicians coming and answered all of my questions. The install went flawless the technicians explained how the system is maintained and what each unit was, they even returned 2 weeks later to retest the water and make sure that the system did everything that they promised (which it did). Great company with great staff! I am so happy with the quality of my well water now."

"We were ready to go with another water system installer but the price was excessive. After meeting with four company reps, we met with H2O. Everything was explained - a simpler process was employed with all aspects detailed & justified. They arrived on time, were quiet, respectful of the house & property - it was a dream team. The system is beautiful! The water pressure is now incredibly strong, hot water comes up throughout the house immediately. Had issues with the washer - all solved. They will be back in a year to check everything. Team was friendly, informed, cleaned up the area after they were done. It could not have been better, we saved money, they have been in touch several times to make sure all is well. This is our water group from now on, anywhere we live in CT. This is excellent work, excellence in planning & explaining, & an incredible team - from sales, installation team, & those in the office. Highest recommendation for a professional company that follows through above & beyond what is expected. Thank you, H2O!!!"

"Great job by Total Mechanical Systems repairing/replacing old faucets on my tub/shower that would not stop the running water. Their tech, Joe, was friendly and professional. The problem is solved, I am very happy after this experience."
