"I purchased the "Toilet Tune-Up and Home Plumbing Inspection" since it listed items like inspecting and adjusting the fill valve, cleaning rim flush holes, replacing the worn flapper. I have a toilet that has an intermittent flushing problem, whereby the water just swirls and flushes rather slowly. I confirmed on my own (and shared with Deepsolutions) that I had recently changed the flapper and checked the main drain line by pouring a gallon of water into the toilet and it drained out without a problem.
Nevertheless , David said we need to clean the main line with an Auger (and I understood) that we needed to eliminate any possibility that the mainline was partially clogged. Shortly after cleaning the main line, the toilet continued to Swirl and flush out very slowly. I was then offered an explanation that the color of the toilet bowl is slightly different from the tank, so perhaps the two items were different models or came from different batches, so they were not a perfect match..causing the swirling problem. In the same breath I was told (and correctly so) that flushing technlogy is not rocket science...its just gravity that pulls water into the bowl and causes it to flush....so why would 2 different colors/models of Tank be a problem...I do not know!!
In summary...no cleaning of rim flush holes...no flapper exchange...$107 paid for using and Auger on the main line and swirling continued. I was offered the option of a new replacement toilet for a further  ~$375.00 and said I will think about it.
Subsequently I investigated the problem on my own and discovered the cause. It now flushes like a dream...despite the variation in colors!
