"First, I have to thank Chris, and the sales rep, for do I preventive maintenance on our water, explaining everything, and recommending the right system for our needs!"

"It was a pleasure to work with Justine from Prostar Water Inc. She was on time and provided a competitive quote. She was patient in explaining the different options I have. Definitely would highly recommend her."

"Fast communication and quoted us fairly for a water softener and loop install. Only negative was that they didn't check if the softener system was installed near an outlet so we had to get an extension cord for the garage and did not wrap insulation around the exposed outside piping for us because they did not bring any insulation material which seems odd."

"Professional installation, but had to come back 3 times due to equipment leaking failures. They did respond quickly , but the failure of so many parts in a new "high priced" system makes me wonder about the quality control at the manufacturer. Hoping I don't need to worry about future failures."
