"The process from start to finish went very well. I knew I wanted a whole house water softener and carbon filter. For me, I needed to find a company that would do a competent install, with a quality product and would stand behind their work for years to come. I looked at a couple other highly regarded companies (from Angies List) that would do a good job installing my home water system, but they did not offer the value that Aqua Systems does, in my opinion. Richard and his team, Tim, Chester and Isaac are seasoned and professional. The email system, no sales person approach allowed me to shop around and gather info without pressure. When I called with questions either Richard or Tim were there to pick up the phone. Chester and Isaac did a professional, clean, competent installation. The to/from main water softener lines were buried and any exposed lines that went to the system valve were insulated. Once installed, I checked the water pressure by turning on multiple showers and faucet. No pressure loss. It is only a few days installed but we can smell and feel the difference in our water. I had an incident with the kitchen faucet that I believed was unrelated to the install, but I mentioned it to Richard. He had Chester and Isaac come back later in the day to take a look anyway. This was unexpected and very much appreciated. Chester was able to improve the flow, but the only way to fix the problem is to rebuild the faucet or replace it. The quality install, long warranty, great price and a quality product that is made in the USA from a company, AquaSystems, that has been around a long time offers a fantastic value for those looking for a new home water softener and in my case a home carbon filter too."

I explained the issue with my existing water softener system and he advised me to bypass the system to avoid further complications. Ross showed up as scheduled, tested the water and provided estimate for replacement system. He also explained the required maintenance for their system. Price was reasonable so I went with Smooth Water Solutions. Replacement system was installed as scheduled in spite of inclement weather that day. Ross was also able to change out filters for my RO system. Very satisfied with the service, responsiveness and quality of work by Ross."

I called Brazosport Plumbing and they knew how to find the leak right away. They opened a small hole in the wall and he was able to fix the leak right away. By them coming right away and knowing what to look for and where, they saved us from having worse damage. The technician was professional and friendly and very knowledgeable. I would call them before anyone else for any issue. The prices were reasonable and there were no trip fees or admin charges or anything of the sort. "Cindy was very professional she came to the house took the water samples. She sent the water samples to her back office where they were able to design a water filtration system to remove chlorine and chloramine from my water supply for the whole house. Cindy has a process which is very strong and she has a team of people that help with design build installation and maintenance. I just wish I would’ve installed the system several years ago. My bath water is crystal clear and I enjoy no longer smelling the toxic fumes of chlorine in my house."

"I went to Angi to look for a company that installs and services water softeners. I was blown away by the number of positive comments about Aqua Systems. So much so, I had to contact to see if it was for real. IT WAS. I got initial information from Richard (owner of the company) on which system would be right for me. He then answered all of my questions. He scheduled Tim Hare to come out and do a site survey and answer any more questions I might have. This was NOT a sales call, just an exchange of information. I decided to proceed after it was determined my location was a good candidate for a system. My install was scheduled and Hector and his associate came out to do the installation. Their work was clean and the whole install process was very smooth. In fact Hector made some suggestions to make the install even cleaner. They did a great job. They ran me through some quick operational details. So far I am really happy with the system. I have soft water at last. I recommend them highly!"
