"The emergency drain pan underneath our A/C unit kept overflowing, which in turn caused the unit to shut off. There was water everywhere and it was a really hot day. The next morning I started calling around and no one could come out for at least two days. These are the first really hot days of the summer and I'm sure a lot of people were having A/C issues. Moncrief said they could send someone out the end of that day. The day got later and later but they promised he would come no matter how late it was. Chris got here around 7:30, and despite having what I'm sure was a really long day, he could not have been any nicer. It turned out to be an easy fix and our AC was up and running in no time. Chris was very professional, friendly and knew exactly what to do. He fixed it in 15 minutes."

"I purchased the " the top quality " HVAC system from Bardi and paid$15,000. Withen a week it stopped working. The tech came and said wiring issue and cut my wall second time that caused me extra expense, the truth Bardi want to cover their back, and he said he fixed it in 3 days it stopped working, this time I requested master technical ,he came and found ice in the motor, I said take that unit out and switch with better unit that can work properly, Bardi insisted not to change and promised it will mever happene again, guse what it stopped working the 3rd time in the hot summer now, 3 times not even a year yet The sales man premisses Lexus will send $1,500 rebait visa card and I filled all kinds of form it never all false.I have waited not to say anything but enough is enough they are not delivering their promise. I concluded easy to take my momey but hard to deliver their promise. This time I want them to remove that problematic unite and replace with working one"
