"My heat pump which had been installed 2 years ago by FH Furr suddenly stopped working Sunday afternoon. With the heat warnings in effect, I knew I needed help, FAST! Blair arrived this morning abd diagnosed the issue and replaced the condensation pump. These new "smart" systems have more brains than some humans!! When the pump failed, it shut down the entire system. However, Blair had the old school know-how and work ethic to get my system back online and back to normal. I have seen a nice change in technicians in the last 2 years and am always pleased to have them come out and fix any issues I may have. Keep up the good work!!"

"We could not be happier with the Puronics Hydronex iGen Whole home treatment system and Micromax 7000 drinking water system provided by Orbit Water Solutions. Justin, the marketing rep who sold us the system, was very professional and accommodating. Justin took about an hour to demonstrate a series of tests which reflected to quality of our water which had more chlorine and hardness than we expected. If you have concerns for lead, Orbit standard demonstration does test for it so you will need to have a separate test done. After some negotiation, we were able to settle on a deal which got us the system and financing for the next 10 years. Orbit provides annual maintenance services on the machine and there is a lifetime warranty on parts which really assured us we were making an investment to improve our water. The best part about it is that the system travels with you. For a small fee, Orbit will pack the system up and ship it to your next home if you move which was a big selling point for us. Orbit also threw in a subscription to PureSelects soap for the next 10 years which was a nice add-on. PureSelects provides every kind of soap or cleaning product you could ask for so it will be nice not to have to purchase additional soap products in the near future. Within a couple days, the installation team came out to install the system. They arrived on time but the installation took a little bit longer than expected. Turns out our the installed garbage disposal was too large to fit with the RO unit tank under the sink. Orbit was very accommodating though. Orbit purchased a new garbage disposal and installed it free of charge which I bet many companies would not have done. I highly recommend getting the larger of the under sink tanks for the RO unit. Even with the two gallon tank, my family has used up all the water in the tank. A 1 gallon tank would just not have been enough. The water in our house has been incredible since we installed the system a few months ago. We noticed an immediate impact to our skin and hair after using it and our drinking water certainly tastes better. Best of all, we feel confident in the quality of the water we use throughout the house to keep us safe and our appliances in good condition. We highly recommend the investment in the water treatment systems through Orbit."

"We had a few plumbing companies come out for estimates on projects we needed for professional plumbing but we ended up with AIR TEMP SOLUTIONS. Matt was awesome he took the time to explained to us what the problem was and what was needed. We added a pot filler added to our new remodel kitchen. Had a couple of other plumbing companies come out and they had no idea what a pot filler was. However, Matt was educated on the matter and had no problem with installing it. "Water Check Water came out and found that our UV light was leaking. They recommended replacing it. Their price was better than a competitor so we went with them. They installed the new UV light and the sales buy came to check on it the next day. The new light was leaking(faulty O rings in the light from the manufacturer) and he called his installers and they came out the next day. It was fixed and the sales guy checked the water for bacteria the next day and the lab found none. They were very nice to work with and very thorough."

"y water was down t drip. I canned for service at 7:30 am they answered and were very friendly and made sure they understood my situation. The service team arrived by 10:30 am that was amazing. They assessed the issues and as i expected it was my well pump. The gave me a price within minutes and much to my surprise didn't have to go get a pump but had one on the truck. After replacing it it was found that the water blatter was not working. had on of them on the truck also. The entire team was very nice and answered all my curious questions. Outstanding service!
