"Mike, the owner, contacted me almost immediately. After asking some questions he was able to give me information about the specific water softener he felt I needed, pending confirmation of water testing which he would perform when he arrived, and he provided a firm price. What I really appreciated was that there was no sales pressure and no efforts to upsell, which is what I experienced from his competitors. (He even recommended against a service I was considering, saying it wasn't needed and not worth spending the money on). He was personable on the phone and installed the unit the next day. He and his associate arrived on time, were very professional, and completed the installation in less than 2 hours. During that time he answered any questions I had and even did some non-related value-added tasks at no charge (like supporting some copper pipes that were hanging loosely). The final cost was as promised with no surprises. Overall it was a good experience! Mike and his associate were very personable and friendly while acting in a professional manner! He's enjoyable to talk with, didn't object to my being present during the install, and I'm very comfortable recommending his services to anyone looking for a water treatment system."

"They were very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Provided quote promptly, was very reasonable, and they completed the work in a timely manner. Had no issue with their service and would recommend them to anyone looking to update their water treatment system."

"Although this company tends not to be "warm and fuzzy", they provided an honest assessment of my home's needs, were professional, and offered the best price, by far, compared to other water treatment businesses. I interviewed four companies and, as of right now, I'm glad I selected Aquascience. The installation technicians were professional and efficient. So far, I have only good things to say about the company."

"Nick was fast, he was good, and I am very satisfied with my new water supply."

"It was an excellent experience. Dan Rodhe and his crew are first-rate professionals! Domingo, Ajay, and Dave worked tirelessly for three days to remove all our old equipment and install a brand new system. It's perfect. As always, D. Rodhe Heating, Plumbing, and AC are top of their game. Thanks to all!"

"Kevan (spelled with an "a") was the only plumber who even called me back the day after Christmas. All these other companies that advertise 24/7 & Holidays emergency service did not even answer the phone. We lost power and our pipes froze in super cold weather we had Christmas 2022. In 32 years my pipes never froze but they did this time and they burst in multiple locations. Kevin called and came out the same day and worked into the night replacing multiple ruptures. He is extremely courteous and professional and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM for any plumbing or water treatment needs. Ken H., New Paltz, NY."

"I have owned my house for a year and have had several technicians in to inspect my hot water heater, furnace and air conditioner. None of these professionals noticed or mentioned several serious problems with our plumbing and heating equipment. A couple of these problems could have resulted in a catastrophic flood of the entire basement within hours. Jarred Fay of F & F came in and explained all of the issues very clearly and installed a new water heater (a very expensive gas power vented type) and fixed all of the shoddy work that had previously been done at the house. His prices were several hundred dollars lower than the large company that I have a service contract with quoted me. Jarred's work was beautifully done - you can immediately see the improved quality of products and installation. Jarred also fixed several smaller plumbing issues that had been bothering us since we bought the house and installed some safety valves and sensors that can avert flooding disasters and alert you if you have a leak. All work was done quickly at a very fair price. I will recommend F & F Plumbing to anyone who needs quality plumbing work!"

"I had main leak. Water was leaking in my basement. I had called JSP they were there with in 90 min. EVERYBODY I talk to were very nice and understood my problem. Water leak fixed in hour. Pricing was also very good. For an emergency call I was very pleased. My service tech Shaun was excellent. A+++++"

"The service was extraordinary we have this system 8 yrs and the previous installer was horrible Gary showed us how to use this system that we never knew I cannot thank Gary and JSP enough"

"Fantastic! They are by far the most professional plumbing and heating company I have ever hired. They use the latest technology for customer service and are very responsive. Their communication is great! Work is great."
