Even though it wasn't a system he sold, he still took care of us. He saved us because the company that sold us our system sold to another company and washed their hands of us. Lanney seems like a straight shooter, not selling us unnecessary add ones. He moved carefully within the home during the process to protect the interior of the home. (Ex. Used a dolly with bigger wheels to protect the stairway. Putting rugs down to protect the floors. ) He taught us things about our water heater we weren't aware of...things our builder neglected to tell us. "The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy.
