"When I asked for service because of a water leak, they gave me a next-day appointment, on Friday. Next day they called and said they couldn't come, but would come between 1 and 7 PM on Tuesday. Waited all afternoon on Tuesday and nothing, not even a call. Wednesday I called to report the failure and was told management would be notified. Thursday afternoon I called and was given an appointment between 1 and 7 PM the next day, Friday. On Friday an expert plumber showed up an hour early and did a marvelous job. Seemed to cost an arm and a leg, but complete and professional, along with good explanations of everything."

"The leak was worse than what we thought. Originally we were told by our general contractor who did kitchen remodeling 9months ago and we forgot about it. And 9 months later, the smell got really bad and asked Deep to repair. He was very flexible on schedule when he comes down to estimate and actual work. He came after my husband and I got home around 6pm and did estimate and did the repair and installation on Saturday of same week. The only thing I can mention about is his estimate was very abstract. He doesn’t even give me written estimate. He just texted me the total cost of repair from $450 and up and tank installation $1300 including tank. This is aster I asked him to send something in writing. But he keeps his word. After all the work is done, he sends me digital invoice. No increase except the leak work. This is understandable since nobody knew how bad our leaks was. He canceled afternoon appointment since our repair work took longer than he thought. So we paid him some extra as tips. We were glad we did after the week, when we went under the house to clean up the leaks and found out 6’x6’ pool of rotten sewerage water cooking on the vapor barrier in he crawl space and made the nest for bunch of tiny flies...yuk!!!! We wondered how he worked around the grossest sewerage water..."
