"Work went well. Home was 15 months old & since we have hard water where I live I had the first flush done on the tankless hot water heater. The serviceman was very thorough in explaining how he flushed it. (he ran the chemicals through for 1 hour). He made sure all the faucets were turned on after he finished to be sure no chemicals were left in the hot water lines. It seemed to me that hot water got to the kitchen faster than before & almost immediately to the bathrooms. I would recommend them to anyone. One thing I liked was they sent both a text & email with a picture & bio of the tech before he arrived."
