After asking some questions he was able to give me information about the specific water softener he felt I needed, pending confirmation of water testing which he would perform when he arrived, and he provided a firm price. What I really appreciated was that there was no sales pressure and no efforts to upsell, which is what I experienced from his competitors. (He even recommended against a service I was considering, saying it wasn't needed and not worth spending the money on). He was personable on the phone and installed the unit the next day. He and his associate arrived on time, were very professional, and completed the installation in less than 2 hours. During that time he answered any questions I had and even did some non-related value-added tasks at no charge (like supporting some copper pipes that were hanging loosely). The final cost was as promised with no surprises. Overall it was a good experience! Mike and his associate were very personable and friendly while acting in a professional manner! He's enjoyable to talk with, didn't object to my being present during the install, and I'm very comfortable recommending his services to anyone looking for a water treatment system."

Ray was the communication link to the project and kept us informed throughout the process. Jared was the front man. His plumbing, heating and water treatment expertise was clearly evident. The project began shortly thereafter and the team was precisely on time and very professional. The oil fired boiler was installed the first day and the old oil burner and associated equipment were disposed of. The installation looked and performed great. The next day was the installation of a water treatment system, 2 Nest thermostats and baseboard covers. Has an appointment scheduled with another company who couldn't get here till tonight, and it was 400 in fees just for an emergency call before anything was fixed. "Several days after calling we received a visit from Steve, who manages client accounts/coordinates jobs, and John, president. Both men were professional and pleasant, and John went into detail in response to our questions, which gave us some confidence in the firm's competence. We were offered financing. We received estimates via email in a short time. Once we decided to proceed with JSP, Steve visited again with Travis, who determined materials needs and made an estimate of how long the install would take (2 days). Again, professional and pleasant demeanor, and questions answered with detail. Steve was able to subcontract fuel tank removal for a reasonable cost when we determined this was also required by our municipality. Steve filed the permit with our town early enough to start on schedule. Work was scheduled for the end of October. The work was conducted over three days, rather than two, but much of the reason for that lay with our propane supplier rather than than JSP. Overall I was pleased with the install. The crew was small, but well equipped and experienced. There was a company runner to bring items when needed rather than an installer having to leave. They also showed up with two trucks full of a huge selection of tools and materials. Damon and (another) John vastly exceeded my expectations as far as how pleasant I imagined it might be to have strangers working in the home all day. They did not mind explaining what they were doing, they worked steadily but without hurrying, and they treated one another with respect. They did not cause any damage to our home and they cleaned up after themselves. The third day was trying, with Damon having to return late in the evening after doing another job some distance away to hook up and fire the boiler after the propane was finally activated. This did not affect his attitude and we really appreciate his work getting everything absolutely right, including returning a week or so later to make a small adjustment to the system. Payment was requested once the fuel tank was removed a few days later and we had a chance to evaluate how everything was working. We will receive boiler maintenance for two more years, and we are confident the company stand behind their work. The company has automated text and email notifications to keep clients abreast of when staff are en route to your home (including a photo for those very concerned about safety). This was helpful."
