"Chris arrived on time, was very courteous and knowledgeable, and took the time needed to diagnose my problem. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing and how water treatment systems work. When it was determined that the valve could not be repaired, Chris explained all our options. Their pricing is very reasonable and you can decide which option is best for you. We elected to replace the valve rather than the whole system. Chris immediately made an appointment (2 days later). Matt arrived early. He was also very courteous and knowledgeable, and took the time needed to replace the valve and assure everything was correctly setup and working as expected. Matt thoroughly explained everything he was doing and showed me how to use the new valve. I would highly recommend Cims Water Solutions and will definitely use them again!"
