"I called in at 2:30 AM and ii got an answering machine. I had left messages at 2 other companies so I thought "what the heck, I might as well see if this company will return my call." With-in 10 min I had a call back and they had a tech out witth-in the hour. The man I spoke with on the phone went through step by step what I needed to do to shut off the water because it was leaking all over my floor. They were prompt and had wonderful customer service. The tech had a badge on with his picture and the company name which made me feel very secure to let them into my home in the middle of the night. I can not say enugh about Reeds 24HR Plumbing.
