They were neat and effecient and cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. They finished as scheduled and showed me how to use the system before leaving. The system seemed to work initially but I realized that the air wasn't getting cool. I called and they sent a tech out the following day, who promptly found out what the problem was and corrected it. Overall the experience was very positive from the visit of the sales rep to the final tech visit.We originally purchased the system for zoned air conditioning for our older home. The fact that the system provides supplemental heat on these chilly fall days is a bonus."
