We thought we were seeing a tiny, tiny drip under the sink from the RO system, and when I called David he walked me through to check the filters to ensure they were screwed on tight enough. But if that didn't work, he offered to come back and take a look (everything was all good!) - fantastic service and definitely a great price! The technician knew immediately what it was, he cleaned out the line and the pan and checked everything else to make sure it was working. This is an older system so I was glad he was so thorough and there was no upselling of service, etc."
