"I called Pipe Works because the 2nd-floor unit was leaking water from the attic through the ceiling. Pipe Works put in a new unit 4 years ago for the 1st floor completing a fantastic job with no issues so I called them to help with my 2nd floor problem. A representative, "John Sorrentino," came out the same day, and explained we needed to replace the 32-year-old unit, which is what we thought. He explained how we could finance the charges which we needed to do. We also were ready to tell him how our 32-year unit never worked properly cooling or heating the 2nd floor. Before even mentioning this to Mr Sorrentino he already knew the old unit did not have the proper ventilation system and therefore we were probably having issues with the HVAC not cooling and heating the floor efficiently. He was right! We are very satisfied customers with our 1st and 2nd floor units. Their knowledge, expertise, willingness to help the customer and overall service is outstanding. Our experience with Pipe Works has only been awesome. Their quick response, knowledge, clear explanation of work to be completed, explaining charges, caring for required permits, and assistance financing the job. I would not call any other company to handle our HVAC needs."

"We could not be happier with the Puronics Hydronex iGen Whole home treatment system and Micromax 7000 drinking water system provided by Orbit Water Solutions. Justin, the marketing rep who sold us the system, was very professional and accommodating. Justin took about an hour to demonstrate a series of tests which reflected to quality of our water which had more chlorine and hardness than we expected. If you have concerns for lead, Orbit standard demonstration does test for it so you will need to have a separate test done. After some negotiation, we were able to settle on a deal which got us the system and financing for the next 10 years. Orbit provides annual maintenance services on the machine and there is a lifetime warranty on parts which really assured us we were making an investment to improve our water. The best part about it is that the system travels with you. For a small fee, Orbit will pack the system up and ship it to your next home if you move which was a big selling point for us. Orbit also threw in a subscription to PureSelects soap for the next 10 years which was a nice add-on. PureSelects provides every kind of soap or cleaning product you could ask for so it will be nice not to have to purchase additional soap products in the near future. Within a couple days, the installation team came out to install the system. They arrived on time but the installation took a little bit longer than expected. Turns out our the installed garbage disposal was too large to fit with the RO unit tank under the sink. Orbit was very accommodating though. Orbit purchased a new garbage disposal and installed it free of charge which I bet many companies would not have done. I highly recommend getting the larger of the under sink tanks for the RO unit. Even with the two gallon tank, my family has used up all the water in the tank. A 1 gallon tank would just not have been enough. The water in our house has been incredible since we installed the system a few months ago. We noticed an immediate impact to our skin and hair after using it and our drinking water certainly tastes better. Best of all, we feel confident in the quality of the water we use throughout the house to keep us safe and our appliances in good condition. We highly recommend the investment in the water treatment systems through Orbit."

We were concerned about our existing water treatment system since I have a lung condition that makes me vulnerable to certain environmental waterborne pathogens. Al analyzed our system and tested our water. He explained how to improve our RO system in terms that made sense to me and to my husband, who is a chemical engineer. Given my respiratory issues, Al thought we might also want to consider an air purification system. That was an excellent suggestion. So we improved not just the water but also the air in our house. "KSP is now my new plumber. I needed a plumber to install a whole home 3-stage water filtration system. After getting multiple quotes, I went with Kyle. Unlike the other plumbers I met with, he was willing to use 100% copper pipe (vs plastic PEX) and hardcore Flux/sodder fittings (vs. compression) for my budget. Kyle and his father arrived on time, were totally organized and equipped, and extremely courteous. The job was performed to perfection. The water filtration system was installed to a "commercial grade", but at a very fair "residential" price."

"Paul came over to inspect existing conditions and provide two options on replacement equipment. I chose to go with the Navien NCB-240E unit to replace both water heater and boiler since both were at or near the end of service life. Installation was scheduled for about 2 weeks later, and Paul's crew show up on time, and proceeded to make quick work of the demo, in a clean and safe manner. The new Navien unit hangs on a wall, and after spending the rest of the day repiping and rewiring, I was pleasantly surprised to see all the free space where my old units used to reside, and the extremely neat and compact installation now condensed in a small corner of my basement. Very please with the efficiency, cleanliness and professionalism of Paul's crew, and would definitely hire them again."

A call was required to get them to have the system inspected for a permit and finish the job. As a result, I have a large patch of dead grass."
