The quality of work was old fashion which means arrived on time, had all the extra parts needed for the installation on the truck, finished up within the estimated time, left the area cleaner than they found it, billed as estimated, and waited until the system worked to my satisfaction. "Another company (the company that had originally installed my tankless water heater) looked at it a couple of times but was unable to determine the cause of the issue I was having and indicated that I'd need to replace it. G. H. Mechanical called the manufacturer, and with their input, was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue. So hopefully I'll be able to get a few more years of use out it - saving (or at least deferring) what I understand will probably be close to $2,000 in expense. Thank you, Ovi! Regarding cost: I paid about $250. I think Ovi was here about 2 hours â maybe more â partly because he was on hold with the manufacturer for quite a while. Based on the info on Home Advisor's "How much does a plumber cost" page, I'd say that's very reasonable. Definitely worth it to me in any case!"

We were sold only what we needed! Nothing else! Our installer was Andy and he was also very nice and cared about the work he was doing! He made sure everything was level and did a wonderful job! ".We called our warranty company at 10:30.Jon and Ray came to our house at 2:00. They went to the front of our house to look at the drainage system as well as the drainage in the basement.
   They were polite and answered all my questions. I was very impressed with both of them.
  We paid $75.00 for a service fee for our warranty company so I am not sure what they charge other customers.
