We made an appointment for a couple of days afterward. He showed up on time, looked at my existing softener, tested my water, then described the systems he offered and why my old one was in need of replacement. He gave me a quote on the new system and did not pressure me to make a decision. I researched alternative systems and decided to go with the Advanced Water Systems unit. I called Keith on a Thursday and he and his team installed the system on the following Tuesday. I watched the installation and Keith explained each step to me, then showed me how the system functioned and the simple maintenance (adding salt) that I needed to perform.
