I was really pleased with True Tech. I recently purchased a home and Roger was able to answer all of my questions regarding the condition of the home's electrical system. He immediately identified that my breaker box had been recalled and provided me with information about the cost of replacing the box. My biggest pet peeve with many service companies I have encountered prior to today it the use of scare tactics to encourage you to spend more money during the service call. I was very happy to see that True Tech does not do that and when Roger left I felt I had received the facts about what was needed in my home.
