"Everything went well. When Branden checked out our old electrical system, he gave us four options for the work we wanted to have done. He explained each option and gave us an estimate for each one. We chose the most detailed and expensive option that involved much more work than just installing a new outlet. The work involved a new AFCI & GFCI combo breaker installation, installing a new circuit for a 15-20 amp or 115-240 outlet (with new breaker and new wire to new outlet location), medium junction box, and a new outlet. "Our water heater had been leaking. I contacted Dean’s Home Services on Thursday AM 3/5/2026. Their representative Mike Washburn arrived that afternoon. He discussed our options, and we chose a Bradford White water heater. Mike arranged for an install the next day and disconnected the old water heater. At 8:00 AM the next day installers Cody Washburn and Sebastian arrived. The new water heater was installed in an hour and a half. The old heater removed and cleanup completed. We had hot water in less than 24 hours after our original call. Mike, Cory and Sebastian were very helpful and professional. We could not be happier!"
