"When this company initially contacted me we scheduled an initial appointment. They never showed up for the appointment. When I called them to find out what happened they did not even have any record of me in their system even though I had talked with them over the phone and had a text from them. We ended up rescheduling the appointment and the technician Rene was great. He approached the process from a technician's perspective providing me with technical solutions that I had not considered. The manager Tony, was able to expedite my estimate that day given the previous delays. Overall I would give them a try again, but the process of scheduling the initial appointment put them at a disadvantage from the start."
