The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."

"It was after 9:00pm on Christmas Eve so I needed the work done and I was panicked. The girl who answered the phone was very professional. The technician, Del, got back to me quickly. Del gave me an accurate estimate of how long it would be before he would be available (1 1/2 hrs) as well as an estimate of cost based on what I had told him. He arrived when he said he would. He replaced the water heater, changed the lines, put a pan and drain in, (I had been missing one), took the old one away and cleaned up the area. He then made sure that I knew what to expect with the contract and warranty since the office was closed. It all arrived via email this morning. It took only two hours and I had my hot water again. I was expecting to get fleeced because of the emergent situation late on Christmas Eve and was ready for an attempt to up-sell me on a bunch of extras. None of that happened. He was professional, prompt, and no up-sell. Just fixed what I needed for a fair price. The new water heater works much better than the old one did and I am very, very happy that they were there, available and so nice when it counted. I will definitely use them again for any other plumbing needs."

"Stephen, the owner, put in a brand new system. The conditioner, water softner, everything! I don't get spots on anything any more! My dishes come out cleaner, skins feels so much better, and laundry looks better then ever. I called him on Tuesday and he had it completely installed by Thursday. He does all my maintenance, and has been since 2007. He recommended this system and it's far better then anything I have ever used before. It was originally between my car parking spots in my garage, which made it a pain to walk around. He worked with me and moved it right up against the wall so I could move around easier when getting in and out of the car! I would give him an A+ if I could! They replaced my Air Conditioner and my Hot Water Heater and my Heater system to be at their best all the time. Every year they come and inspect them for $39.00 and keep them working so as to not have any emergencies! Yesterday Arturo Agundez inspected my Air Conditioner and Tony Castellanos inspected my Hot Water Heater. Arturo found my Air Conditioner to have no problems but he cleaned my filter and checked all aspects of it to be working great and found some things to be concerned about. Tony found a problem with my Water Heater Anode Rod and thankfully replaced it so I would have no emergency problem with it sooner than later. Both of them showed up on time and with their expertise I knew I was in good hands! "Precision Plumbing is an amazing company. Donald Henry and Omar (I don’t know his surname) went overboard to give me the best service possible. They fixed my parents' home's 27+ water pressure issue, hard water problem, and faucets with controls installed upside down and backwards by the builder. They replaced the plastic angle stops from the 2009 Kitec replumbing job with durable chrome ones, and they replaced the leaking anti-siphon valve near the pool. Donald is an amazing, ethical plumber who takes a conservative and fiscally responsible approach toward repairs, analyzing the problem and determining the best possible solution without upselling. The West Coast concrete team did an incredible job, especially with the fast backfill and cleanup. They even returned to fix the slab after a Walmart delivery person stepped in the wet concrete. Last of all, but never least, Toni, the receptionist and dispatcher is a true angel, an empathetic and effective listener."
