"Fantastic. Years ago my house flooded twice in 2 weeks, so I just do not like anything involving water. Austin, the tech, knows this, and explains everything in detail that he is doing."

"Even though our water pump went out just as the installer put the system in he was supposed to be a licensed plumber to me that means you should have knowledge of all water types but nonetheless the gentleman stayed way late and tried his best to fix it the pump wasn't his fault it just happened to quit at that moment but the rest was done right and my water is way better than before"

"Had an estimate done for owner supplied water softener. ARS's estimate was very fare compared to 2 other company estimates whos estimate were twice as high. The installer went out of his way to explain and show me how the system works and not charge me for additional parts he needed. Very professional and courteous, will hire again if needed."

"The job was clean, timely, and efficient.  I was glad to find a local small business to send the work to.  I would recommend them again for sure.  My only regret is that we waited 5 years to call them!  I can't believe how much difference having a water softner makes!
I also have to say that I had had several estimates done the year before and their cost was right in the middle or on less expensive end of all the estimates - not so cheap that you wondered about the quality of the work that would be done or the quality of the softner that would be installed, but not so expensive that you thought you were getting taken advantage of.  The price was exactly right where I was hoping it would be.

"Amazing service, and very knowledge-able folks! Great quality for a good price, 100% recommendable. Steve & Isaac stopped by today to replace a reverse osmosis filter. I was completely unaware that my new home water softener system was also setup by America Aqua Solutions. They went out of their way to teach me how to setup it, and test the water at different points to show me how the water gets purified. All of that, on top of asking the many questions I had as a new home owner and newbie to water systems. Will definitely call them again!"

"I cannot believe how great the guys from Puresoft Water Treatment were! Gerrit and the gentleman he was working with were fast and professional installing a water softener, iron filter, and reverse osmosis. I do not have central air, it was hot and humid, and they ensured the job was done right and we understood how to use the system. I really appreciated the job well done and would recommend them to anyone. Lord knows I would not have wanted to enter that crawl space. Please do not hesitate to reach out to this wonderful company... you will not regret it!"

"Wonderful! He came next day and was right on time. After looking at our water softener he determined it wasn't worth fixing with how much damage there was and gave us great options for replacing. Sweet man who I would highly recommend for your service needs!"

"Quickly after purchasing Angie's List deal, the owner called to schedule an appointment, which was a few days later. The installer showed up on time and quickly assessed the situation of my current heater and it's location. Due to my water softener partially in the way of the heater, he decided to remove the door to the closet instead of moving the softener, which saved him time and me money. After checking the dimensions, he was able to reuse my old heater stand, which I also appreciated. With the new water heater designs, he had to do some slight modifications to the copper lines to the house for proper fitment. After making sure there were no leaks, he reinstalled the door and checked to make sure it operated correctly. Overall, he did exactly as he said he'd do in the time allotted for the appointment. I will certainly call Simply Water again for any plumbing needs."
