"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."

"We came home on a Sunday morning after being away to find a leak/water damage from a worn-through pipe spraying water. We called the office to get the first available appointment, and they were able to send someone out same day--on a Sunday!! Our technician, Billy Pearsall, was prompt, professional, and encouraging but realistic with our issues and concerns. He made the process very easy for us, and everyone involved with scheduling were also really easy to work with. Definitely a 5-star company, with 5-star professionals on their team!"

".We called our warranty company at 10:30.Jon and Ray came to our house at 2:00. They went to the front of our house to look at the drainage system as well as the drainage in the basement.
   They were polite and answered all my questions. I was very impressed with both of them.
  We paid $75.00 for a service fee for our warranty company so I am not sure what they charge other customers.
  
   If I ever have any problems I would definitely hire them again.
