"He answered our call on the day we made it - one day before Christmas Eve. He had a full schedule, but came to do the job around 5:30 and worked until after 8:00 so that we would not be without hot water through Christmas. The basement was flooded, the staircase to it winding and narrow, the gravity fed heater in front of the water heater original to the house (1910) and an arm of it had to be removed and put back....
