What I really appreciated was that there was no sales pressure and no efforts to upsell, which is what I experienced from his competitors. (He even recommended against a service I was considering, saying it wasn't needed and not worth spending the money on). He was personable on the phone and installed the unit the next day. He and his associate arrived on time, were very professional, and completed the installation in less than 2 hours. During that time he answered any questions I had and even did some non-related value-added tasks at no charge (like supporting some copper pipes that were hanging loosely). The final cost was as promised with no surprises. Overall it was a good experience! Mike and his associate were very personable and friendly while acting in a professional manner! He's enjoyable to talk with, didn't object to my being present during the install, and I'm very comfortable recommending his services to anyone looking for a water treatment system."
