"When the tube leading from the fridge's water supply burst, we turned off the water at the existing valve and it immediately burst as well, leaking into the basement. I found Mayo on angieslist and John came out to provide an estimate and to review the work I needed done. John was detailed in his explanation of the problem and necessary repairs. In an effort to save me some labor costs, he suggested that I install the replacement hose after he was done replacing the valve, which I did.
