"This is in a Park Model that has a much smaller water heater. Pioneer installed a MUCH better unit, slightly larger, and installed heavier duty connections to the unit. They had to slightly modify the opening where the water heater fits - no problem at all. They did an excellent job and will definitely use them again, as needed."

"We contacted Legacy Water Services, LLC, knowing the owner is 3rd generation water specialist. The appointment was scheduled immediately, no waiting. Hunter arrived promptly, completed service call. He was extremely knowledgeable, able to answer our questions. We were very pleased, and recommend Legacy Water Services for residential or commercial drinking water systems."

"Project: Replace a Water Reverse Osmosis Treatment & Purification System . Junior was professional in replacing our two cartridges and eleven-year-old tank this morning (4/9/21) . Now the system functions like new and the cost was very reasonable. I am fortunate that I began our reverse osmosis system installed by Kinetico water service eleven years ago and it has continued to service us since then!"

"I called this company last month to do a water repiping for a rental. I was very satisfied with the efficiency and competence of these guys. However, at my own residence, I called a prominent plumbing company, one that advertises heavily, to fix a leaking pressure relief valve on a water tank they installed. This company told me that my water pressure was too high (80 psi) which it was. Their solution was to have me install an expansion tank plus install a 2 inch pressure relief valve. I then called Cal's who installed the relief valve on the 3/4 line from my meter, and said I didn't need an expansion tank. The whole price was less than what the other company was going to charge me for just the 2 inch pressure relief valve. This demonstrated to me that this company is honest and fair. Their professionalism and competence are unquestionable. From now on, I'm saving time and grief by calling them for any plumbing issues."

"While their quote was higher than others, they included many items we wanted and threw in the water heater as a bonus. Once we decided, they were out in 2 days and completed all the work in one day. Clean, neat, professional and explained everything after to ensure we knew how it worked. They even sent a QC inspector the next week to confirm everything was done correctly and answer questions. Top notch."

"Great! This was through home warranty plan. It was a simple matter of the water backed up in the water pan which caused the stopper to disconnect it. The technician knew immediately what it was, he cleaned out the line and the pan and checked everything else to make sure it was working. This is an older system so I was glad he was so thorough and there was no upselling of service, etc."

"I have nothing but praise for Alvarez Plumbing. Highly proficient, very knowledgeable, polite, on time/early, and super clean work. Replaced two toilets, fixed a leaking faucet and our water bill went down $150.00 the next month. 5 STAR service. I highly recommended Alvarez Plumbing."

"I was very pleased with Jaime & Robert's work. I had several projects to be done and they completed them in one day. The projects included: replacing a garbage disposal, replacing the water softener, repairing the reverse osmosis system, resetting a toilet and fixing a couple sink fixtures. I am so happy that everything is working again, the way it should! No leaks!...:-)"
