He serviced both of my central air systems and diagnosed the problem with the malfunctioning one and fixed it. By the time he left my house was already a much more pleasant place to be!"

"We could not be happier with the Puronics Hydronex iGen Whole home treatment system and Micromax 7000 drinking water system provided by Orbit Water Solutions. Justin, the marketing rep who sold us the system, was very professional and accommodating. Justin took about an hour to demonstrate a series of tests which reflected to quality of our water which had more chlorine and hardness than we expected. If you have concerns for lead, Orbit standard demonstration does test for it so you will need to have a separate test done. After some negotiation, we were able to settle on a deal which got us the system and financing for the next 10 years. Orbit provides annual maintenance services on the machine and there is a lifetime warranty on parts which really assured us we were making an investment to improve our water. The best part about it is that the system travels with you. For a small fee, Orbit will pack the system up and ship it to your next home if you move which was a big selling point for us. Orbit also threw in a subscription to PureSelects soap for the next 10 years which was a nice add-on. PureSelects provides every kind of soap or cleaning product you could ask for so it will be nice not to have to purchase additional soap products in the near future. Within a couple days, the installation team came out to install the system. They arrived on time but the installation took a little bit longer than expected. Turns out our the installed garbage disposal was too large to fit with the RO unit tank under the sink. Orbit was very accommodating though. Orbit purchased a new garbage disposal and installed it free of charge which I bet many companies would not have done. I highly recommend getting the larger of the under sink tanks for the RO unit. Even with the two gallon tank, my family has used up all the water in the tank. A 1 gallon tank would just not have been enough. The water in our house has been incredible since we installed the system a few months ago. We noticed an immediate impact to our skin and hair after using it and our drinking water certainly tastes better. Best of all, we feel confident in the quality of the water we use throughout the house to keep us safe and our appliances in good condition. We highly recommend the investment in the water treatment systems through Orbit."

We were concerned about our existing water treatment system since I have a lung condition that makes me vulnerable to certain environmental waterborne pathogens. Al analyzed our system and tested our water. He explained how to improve our RO system in terms that made sense to me and to my husband, who is a chemical engineer. Given my respiratory issues, Al thought we might also want to consider an air purification system. That was an excellent suggestion. So we improved not just the water but also the air in our house. "The whole house water softener system installation was a little tricky due to the layout of the house, but was done within a few hours. The job included an under the sink water purification system. Bob and Tony were prompt and gave a full explanation of what was to be done. They were very easy to work with and it was a neat, professional installation. "Water Check Water came out and found that our UV light was leaking. They recommended replacing it. Their price was better than a competitor so we went with them. They installed the new UV light and the sales buy came to check on it the next day. The new light was leaking(faulty O rings in the light from the manufacturer) and he called his installers and they came out the next day. It was fixed and the sales guy checked the water for bacteria the next day and the lab found none. They were very nice to work with and very thorough."

"Water was backing up on the first floor. The job was completed in two trips. Reaching them and setting up appoint was easy. Person on phone was nice. They came to evaluate the next day telling me what they had to do. Office called to setup for work to be done. "Pipe clogged in basement which could not be reach". The following day they came out to cut a pipe was told clog was out side and was no clean out. The outside has three clean outs so and I have insurance policy for that so not trilled with the change in the answer. I did want a clean out in the basement so happy that was done. After they left the problem was not fixed called office and they sent someone right out to finish the job. I did not find out what the issue was that required a second trip but again work was completed and has been fine and I have my clean out. Note there is an extra credit card percentage fee that was not told on the front end. I did not ask if there was but also was not told until work was completed. I would hire again but would ask alot more questions."
