"Rick replaced my HVAC system. The process was seamless. We scheduled an appointment to inspect the existing system, and the available options were openly discussed. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner. There was no pressure to choose one system over another. In comparing his estimate to other companies, I found that I'd saved a lot of money. We discovered an incompatibility between the new equipment and the yet to be installed alarm system. Rick worked closely with the alarm company to make to marry the two systems. We gave the go ahead and the new system was installed in a day. The installation crew was polite and professional and so very careful to clean up afterwards. Thank you, Bragg Home Services. Yes, I recommend this company"

"Very prompt in responding to my initial inquiry (Sunday no less) and salesman was terrific. Installation took 2 full days by a team that seemed professional and knowledgeable. I was shocked however by the fact that 2 men on the installation team smoked all day long. My property is rural with no fire hydrants - the prospect of fire is terrifying to me. At the end of the 2 days the system was installed but it took an additional technician coming out after the crew had left to get the system functional."

"Jose is a second generation water treatment guy who has taken care of a few systems for me and does my service. I have recommended him to all my neighbors because he always on time and very responsive."

"Joseph was on the job when he said he would be here. He is knowledgeable about the issue I presented, but did not try to oversell me on the job. He did notice that an electrical outlet could be improved with not a lot of time or money and which made my system safer. I would definitely hire Joseph and DIvine Electric again when I need them. "I had a leak in a pipe in the radiant heating pipes in the slab under my house. James was able to isolate the leak and re plumb my system without cutting a hole in the slab. He and his crew did some great creative plumbing that took care of the leak and separated the unused radiant system from my household plumbing and they even installed a new tankless heater in a single days work.. I recommend James and Bowen Plumbing without reservation. They are the Best!"
