We called them originally -- and they were rude on the phone, and couldn't get a tech to our house for 4 days! I checked Angie's List and found D. Rohde. When I called, the woman on the phone was very courteous and helpful. She offered to send a tech more quickly (2 days) and gave me a 2-hour window the day he would come. The tech came exactly on time (in fact, a little early) and I got a text message before his arrival with his picture and credentials -- which I thought was very professional and made me feel more confident about letting him in our home. The tech himself was very polite and seemed to know what he was doing. He was at our home for 2 hours - and did both the repair work and overall maintenance check with several suggestions. We were very happy with our experience with D. Rohde and even bought a service contract, in addition to paying for the work done. Would recommend them to others."
