"I think it was fine. Actually, my wife coordinated that one but I don't think we have any problems with it. I'm not sure if we paid extra charge aside from the deal because  I wasn't at home when the guy came out to do the job. We've used them before and they are the one who installed the water system in our house. His company did an excellent job and I was so pleased that he was able to get there same day!  When your water heater goes out, it's an emergency (especially when you have kids), so it's very nice to have a contractor out there that appreciates that urgency and does all he can to help you out.
