Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. Also, I wasn't aware that 2 cups of water are wasted for every cup of filtered RO water. Overall though, I'm very happy with the system and would highly recommend Gordon Brothers. A little pricier than other systems, but it's clear the product is superior to others. And since installation is included, I didn't have to pay separately for a plumber or hassle with having a quartz counter installer come out to drill a hole for the faucet. Their installer really knew what he was doing and was very polite and professional."

"It wasn't great. I understood it to be an assessment of my HVAC system and Homer Nine And Sons Incorporated said it was only good on a situation where my system wasn't functioning. It wasn't too much longer when I bought the big deal that I scheduled for someone to come out. They grudgingly came out btu the situation was that there was supposed to be a problem with my system and there wasn't. I wanted them to just do a general inspection of my furnace and air conditioning and they said, well that's really not what this coupon is for. Honestly, I don't really know what they did. He said they came out and looked the system over. If it was used for what I thought it was going to be used for, it was good but I'm not happy. I don't know if it was a misunderstanding on my part but I'm not very happy that the coupon was not for what I thought it was for. It wasn't a good value for me. I will probably use them again."
