"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

Vinny on the other hand, followed up several times, which was great. He did everything he said he would do, and he did it quickly. I contacted him a few months later to ask if he did water testing. The advised that we can remove the softener system from our water purification system which simplifies things. They also advised us on how often we should change the filter and UV bulb. They gave us a lot of valuable information since we just bought this house and we're new to all this."

Unlike the other plumbers I met with, he was willing to use 100% copper pipe (vs plastic PEX) and hardcore Flux/sodder fittings (vs. compression) for my budget. Kyle and his father arrived on time, were totally organized and equipped, and extremely courteous. The job was performed to perfection. The water filtration system was installed to a "commercial grade", but at a very fair "residential" price."
