"From the first phone call to the job finished, Mermaid was responsive and helpful. They serviced our water system and explained how to keep it healthy and functioning. I am making them my go to company for water treatment and service. Use Mermaid; you will be happy you did."

"The owner Jerry came out quickly when we called, he was friendly, and did a thorough job testing and explaining what he offers. After getting a quote from him and one other and doing my own research and water testing, I found Jerry to be more accurate with my research and testing. His quote was reasonable, and he listened to what I said I needed and wanted. I would highly recommend this company. Not to mention his people were out within just a few days to install my water system. They were polite and respectful."

"We got the water softener system and the RO installed by Zach from Quality Water LLC. Zach was very detailed and helpful in explaining each and everything he was doing and educating us about both the systems. I am very happy that we went with Quality water as we got quotes from other vendors like Costco and all and they were really really expensive. We are really enjoying the soft water for our house and the purified drinking water."

"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."

"Professional, knowledgeable, no gimmicks, and helpful"

"I highly recommend "Pure Water Pure Air." company for any plumbing/water/air work. They completed installation of water filtration system along with drilling of granite coutertop within a hour. They have a reputation for delivering high-quality services and exceptional customer satisfaction. They are highly skilled and experienced technicians who are dedicated to providing the best possible service."

"This company went above and beyond working to get us water without digging a new well as other companies suggested. I will hire for any and all plumbing I may have in the future because I know they will do the job right and not walk away until completed."

"2nd review because I am obsessed with this system. We have had our system for 1 month and before our light gray bathroom grout had turned an orange color from the hard water but 1 month after this system it has self cleaned the grout to its original color. I used to have to clean my toilet bowls every couple of days due to the brown stains the hard water would leave, I haven't had to clean my toilet bowls in 3 weeks and did so just to disinfect them. I love this system. My dog drinks twice as much water as before. The customer service is amazing."

"Our 40 year old furnace went out during a cold snap this spring and Moises was able to replace our whole system with a Trane dual fuel furnace system that works with our solar and gas as well as new AC unit. We were delighted by the significantly reduced power consumption this summer on AC down from $500 to $75 a month! The whole system cost us about half of what my co-worker paid for theirs. Moises and his crew were timely, professional and kind. Later this summer, my Ecobee for controlling my mom's HAVC system went out and Moises was there within two hours to fix it. I wholeheartedly recommend Tyler, Moises and crew. I have known Tyler and Moises for years and their integrity, honesty and work ethic are exceptional. This is the trusted team I welcome into my home and fully recommend"

"Everything went well. I would recommend Affordable Water Treatment Systems to anyone who wants better water at a price that is easy on the pocketbook."
