"Wayne looked at the system that I already had and told me the issues with it along with the positives. He educated me on the water softener process. He showed me his system and never tried to push it on me. He didn’t rip me off! Honest man! I’d definitely recommend him!!"

"We needed a new RO system as well as maintenance done on our current water softener system. Aqua Systems had sent over two technicians.. one headed into the house to install and the other to the garage to tend to the water softener. We were surprised by how quickly they finished. We will definitely contact them again for any future maintenance."

"I recently had 100% Plumbing Houston install a tankless water heater in my home, and the entire experience was fantastic! From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The technician walked me through the benefits of going tankless, helped me choose the right model, and explained the installation process clearly. On installation day, the team arrived on time, worked quickly, and made sure everything was set up perfectly. They were respectful of my home, cleaned up afterward, and even showed me how to operate and maintain the new system. The difference in performance is amazing?I have endless hot water and improved energy efficiency. I couldn?t be happier with the upgrade or the service I received. If you?re considering a tankless water heater, I highly recommend 100% Plumbing Houston. Great workmanship, honest pricing, and top-notch customer service!"

"I got this system a year ago and I am very pleased with the service. The water in my area is hard and this water softener system was able to remove the chemicals in the hard water and has made a world of difference. I am very pleased with my decision to go with this water softener system and I recommend it."

"The sales rep Kay was knowledgeable and I felt like I was talking with an old friend. After her presentation she contacted the office and they were willing to negotiate a price that I was comfortable with and comparable to systems of much less quality. The system installation was quick and the tech went step by step thru the system's programming and operation. I have never needed a softener system before and I am very pleased with the entire process. JRC Home Solutions is a company I trust and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of a water treatment system."

"Have been with infinity water for a few years now. They have taken care of my water systems in two of my houses and the service is as great as the quality products they offer. James is a fantastic technician and very professional in every aspect. Extreme attention to detail and he is very informative as to what is needed and how the system is functioning. I cannot say enough great things about James and the entire infinity water system team. Dan"

"Klaro Water Systems did an amazing job installing a new Puronics whole home water filtration and softener for my home. They were thorough and professional. The thing I appreciated the most was the time they took to really listen to my concerns about our water quality and provide the right solution for our home. A+++"

"Came out on a Sunday and charged a really reasonable fee. I had a problem with tankless hot water heaters and the person they sent was a specialist in that area - even coming out quickly on a Sunday. All fixed and clear less than five hours after I first started trying to find somebody to solve my problem."

"Gilbert repaired a broken pipe at the meter for my irrigation system. He also diagnosed and repaired a water pressure problem. He was great. If I need service again, Iâ  ll request him specifically."

"I cannot praise this company enough. The cost was a little higher than I anticipated, but I think it was well worth it. We woke up on a Saturday to a bathroom sink full of water and overflowing onto our floor. Turning off the water did nothing. Matthew from JD Precision came out that afternoon and immediately knew that it was due to our A/C condensation not properly draining. He drained the water, cleaned the drain pipes, and gave us tips on how to prevent it happening in the future. He then looked at a couple of other issues for us that we had been planning to get a contractor out for. He could have easily "taken us for a ride" on a couple of them, but he was totally straightforward and honest about what he saw and told us we could wait on repairs (and, save our money!). THEN, as he was leaving (and we had already gone inside), he went and checked our septic system for us. We had told him that our septic sprinklers had been going off a ridiculous number of times a day but that our maintenance company had told us everything looked fine. It took him less than one minute to find a hose that was not properly attached to the aerator pump. He obviously had no obligation to go out of his way to go look at our septic system - the fact that he did was just so kind. He then sent someone else out to take a look at what appeared to be water damage on our ceiling to be sure we didn't have a leak somewhere. That gentleman (who was also extremely polite and knowledgeable) took one look and said we are totally fine. Again, completely honest. We have some toilets to replace and a few other plumbing issues to address, and I will absolutely be hiring JD Precision again. I absolutely recommend them!!"
