"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."

"I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received! From the moment I reached out, the team was professional, responsive, and truly dedicated to doing the job right. They recently replaced my old water heater, and the quality of their work was nothing short of amazing. The installation was done efficiently, with attention to every detail. They kept the area clean, made sure everything was up to code, and walked me through the new system before leaving. It’s rare these days to find such reliable workmanship. What stood out most was that the owner himself was on-site and actively involved in the process. It’s clear he takes pride in his business and truly cares about delivering top-notch service. That kind of personal involvement speaks volumes about the integrity and commitment of this company. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and genuinely caring team to handle your plumbing needs—look no further. I wholeheartedly recommend them!"

"Company showed up when promised and fixed running water problem with toilet for prices estimated. Clean work."

"Mario and his assistant did a wonderful and fully clean and complete job upgrading my water heater to a larger size. He was fast with excellent communication and kept to his agreement to cart away the old one and install the size, brand and Model I wanted. I now enjoy a increase in hot water performance and have a new plumber in him for future repairs and plumbing related projects. I would highly recommend him and his professionalism to my friends and family. Joe"

"Andy was quick, clean and very professional. I only requested the concrete and driveway and he noticed how much mildew was growing on the side of my building and with hesitation power washed that as well. Thank you for your services, I would definitely recommend his services to my family and friends."

"We could not be happier with the Puronics Hydronex iGen Whole home treatment system and Micromax 7000 drinking water system provided by Orbit Water Solutions. Justin, the marketing rep who sold us the system, was very professional and accommodating. Justin took about an hour to demonstrate a series of tests which reflected to quality of our water which had more chlorine and hardness than we expected. If you have concerns for lead, Orbit standard demonstration does test for it so you will need to have a separate test done. After some negotiation, we were able to settle on a deal which got us the system and financing for the next 10 years. Orbit provides annual maintenance services on the machine and there is a lifetime warranty on parts which really assured us we were making an investment to improve our water. The best part about it is that the system travels with you. For a small fee, Orbit will pack the system up and ship it to your next home if you move which was a big selling point for us. Orbit also threw in a subscription to PureSelects soap for the next 10 years which was a nice add-on. PureSelects provides every kind of soap or cleaning product you could ask for so it will be nice not to have to purchase additional soap products in the near future. Within a couple days, the installation team came out to install the system. They arrived on time but the installation took a little bit longer than expected. Turns out our the installed garbage disposal was too large to fit with the RO unit tank under the sink. Orbit was very accommodating though. Orbit purchased a new garbage disposal and installed it free of charge which I bet many companies would not have done. I highly recommend getting the larger of the under sink tanks for the RO unit. Even with the two gallon tank, my family has used up all the water in the tank. A 1 gallon tank would just not have been enough. The water in our house has been incredible since we installed the system a few months ago. We noticed an immediate impact to our skin and hair after using it and our drinking water certainly tastes better. Best of all, we feel confident in the quality of the water we use throughout the house to keep us safe and our appliances in good condition. We highly recommend the investment in the water treatment systems through Orbit."

"After testing our water, they told us that we don't need softener so that saved us money. The advised that we can remove the softener system from our water purification system which simplifies things. They also advised us on how often we should change the filter and UV bulb. They gave us a lot of valuable information since we just bought this house and we're new to all this."
